By going with the flow, and not allowing a "bad" thing like missing a plane upset him, Rich is able to be present, and concious and have an amazing experience. Law of Attraction teaches us to not label things like missing a plane "bad" and therefore by not getting upset, not negatively vibrating, not attracting more unwanted allowing us to break the cycle. Meditation is an effective support tool for a life based on the law of attraction, it allows the releasing of resistence (stress) on a daily basis, allowing the practioner to bring the calmness out into waking state, aiding the mind in the cultivation of a positive outlook.
